Return Window

Customers not fully satisfied with their purchase may return the item within 7 business days from the date the package successfully arrives at its destination, as confirmed by the delivery company. If the 7-day period is insufficient due to special circumstances, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unset, and free from scratches, chips, fractures, weight alterations, or any other form of modification. The returned item must include all original accompaniments, such as certificates and boxes, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Client Responsibility: The client is fully responsible for the care and treatment of the package from the moment it arrives at its destination. Any loss of value during this period is the client’s responsibility, and Flintstone will not be held liable. Consequently, damaged loose stones and gemstones without certificates are not eligible for a refund.

Taxes and Additional Charges: Pursuant to the prevailing local laws in each respective country, the buyer may be obligated to remit accompanying taxes and/or charges. Any supplementary fees shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges may vary depending on the location and conditions of the purchase

Missing/damaged Accompaniments, restock, and system commission fees: In the cases of absence/damage of any original accompaniments (such as boxes), a prolonged period who damages the restocking process, and high system commission fees, Flintstone reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Return Process

Please do not send returned items without advanced coordination. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us to initiate the return process. After coordination, send the item back with tracking and appropriate insurance to avoid inconveniences. We will inform you upon the item’s arrival, and after inspection, we will either approve or reject your exchange/refund request.


Refund Details

Refunds do not include shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. For sale items, the refund will match the paid price and not the original price.


Exchange Items

If you choose to exchange an item, please inform us, and we will assist you with any price differences. Shipping costs for exchanged items are not included.


Return Approval

After the inspection, if your return is approved, the chosen exchanged item will be dispatched to you, or a refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
